Once face-to-face classes resume there are some guidelines which we will be following. Please read below:

Things you need to know:

Masks will need to be worn on the way to class while in the building. Once the class starts, masks may be removed. All physical classes will need payment in advance either via bank transfer or by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, the cheque needs to be with me at least one week in advance. You are encouraged to bring as little as possible with you.

General guidelines:

Do not leave home to attend your class if you or someone you live with has any of the
- a high temperature
- a new continuous cough
- a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
Check the NHS website if you have symptoms

Only attend a class that you have pre-booked - there are class size limits so you will not be allowed to attend if you just turn up.
When attending your Class, please bring as little as possible (i.e. bags).
NHS Test and Trace - I will be keeping records of everyone attending class. This information is kept for 21 days for Test and Trace.

On Arrival

Follow the one-way routes which will be clearly marked. Wash hands thoroughly / use hand sanitiser provided. Maintain social distancing of 2 metres at all times and do not hug or shake hands with any of your class friends.

During class

Maintain the social distancing throughout the session. Please do not share any equipment (e.g. swords, pens, and fans). Please do not unduly raise your voice, because of the potential for increased risk of transmission.

Access to Toilets

Follow any directional signs and posters on display (e.g. one in and one out), or other access limitations. Use hand sanitiser provided on entry. Ensure good hand hygiene.

On Departure

Use the hand sanitiser provided. Please follow the one way system to exit the building and leave promptly.

The above list may appear daunting, however I hope that we will be able to adapt readily and get used to our new way of working. I hope that these strict conditions will gradually be relaxed but at least we can start our classes again. If you have any concerns, questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.
