Deal - tai chi for beginners and intermediates. We will be going back to basics with this class, covering some yang style compact forms and Mawangdui Health Qigong®. £7.00 per class.

Eastry Village Hall - tai chi for beginners and intermediates. We are currently working on the 24 yang style form and Mawangdui Health Qigong®. £7.00 per class.
Tuesday 9.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.
Eastry Village Hall - sword class. You can pay for this class as an extension of the 8.30 class for just £2.00 (£9.00 total) or if you only want to attend the half hour sword session the cost will be £4.00. Swords will be provided.
Thursday 10.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.
St. Mary's Church Centre Dover - we are currently working on the 24 yang style form plus some Mawangdui Health Qigong®. £7.00 per class.
Thursday 11.00 - 11.30 a.m.
St. Mary's Church Centre Dover - Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan. You can pay for this class as an extension of the 10.00 a.m. class for just £2.00 (£9.00 total) or if you only want to attend the half hour fan session the cost will be £4.00. Fans will be provided.
